Waited four months before posting this review. Came in a week to the United States (which I hear is rather exceptional timing).
Discreet packaging; my family literally intercepted the package but it didn’t matter because they didn’t open it and the writing was in Portuguese (I don’t know what it says on it but heard it just calls it a “beauty product”.) You may have seen photos of funny packaging from Otokonoko online. Those shiny boxes actually arrive underneath about three layers of packaging (envelope, box, bubble-wrap). So unless you have family or roommates who are going to absolutely tear into your mail, don’t worry about it. It’s a fun novelty.
I understand now that Lilian had some problems with Paypal, but I still appreciated that it was an option for a time. Clearly, I wasn’t scammed!
I actually took a bit of a leap of faith and didn’t know a lot about Otokonoko at the time I bought this, but I’m glad I did it. Lilian knows what she’s doing well.
Part of why I held off writing this review was so I could confirm to others that it’s actually potent enough to give you what you’re probably looking for: fat redistribution, skin effects, breast growth, etc. Well, it is! So there you have it. :]

full disclosure: i bought this for a friend of mine so I’m not the person that was actually using the purchased E.
bought a vial around january of 2021. the E has been working well as E. the packaging of the vials is really cute too.
it is however absolutely worth nothing that the suggested regiment of 0.18ml/5 days has been much higher (often times more than double) than which I’ve heard recommended by both an endocrinologist and other transfems I’ve seen discussing E.

The vial itself however claims it is a mish mash of MCT, grapeseed oil, castor oil, etc.. Pretty disappointing on that point, but at least it arrived very quickly.

I’m very pleased with the results of using your product. I have used as directed for one year and slowly brought the dose down a bit. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from when I initiated payment, but I think that’s because the days lined up in the worst possible way with weekends and such. Lilian was in touch over email to tell me it was okay. Once it shipped out, tracking moved quickly. I reordered later and the second package arrived even faster. So shipping has been a pretty good experience.
Very cute packaging with I guess different girls for different esters. I keep the vial in the original box to protect from light, and it always makes me smile. Of course it’s impossible for me to know exactly what’s in the oil solution or whether it’s exactly 40mg/ml, but from the physiological effects I’m going through I can at least say for certain it’s estradiol of some kind. The oil is clean and everything looks very slick and legit, inspiring confidence. Of course this isn’t going to have commercial pharma labeling, but she clearly put a lot of care into making things look professional.
Make sure you do your research on dosing if, like me, you can’t access blood testing. At least look up a chart of normal estradiol levels for AFAB people over the menstrual cycle, and compare that to curves from the “Injectable Estradiol Simulator.” I’ve been taking doses slightly lower than what’s printed on the Otokonoko boxes I got, and I think it’s likely that even my doses are too high, especially since I’m also taking an antiandrogen. There’s some (weak) evidence that excessive estradiol can hinder breast development, so we need to be smart.
In summary, this is legit and I would order with confidence. I’m super grateful to be able to get homebrew HRT cause I wouldn’t be able to get it otherwise, and I feel more comfortable having a “pro” do it with sterilization and proper ingredients and crimping and everything.

I’ve ordered 2(maybe 3? lol) bottles of this and it works wonders! I’m in the US, and I’ve used other types of estradiol valerate. When I lost my insurance, I found Lillian’s shop. The order arrived really fast, but the important thing is that is brought me back from a suicidal spin that having really low E caused.
I noticed no differences besides how thick the injection was. This estradiol valerate here is a lot thinner than other estradiol valerate I’ve taken. Which honestly, is way better. I dropped the CC of the syringes I was using, since it didn’t need a large needle with it being so thin. Which, in fairness, you should probably use a smaller CC needle, because I found that larger syringes will make a hole in the rubber part of the vial that doesn’t really close up after pulling the needle out. But it’s a very very very small complaint that should have a “work around”.
I’ve had blood work done after a few months, and my levels were EXACTLY the same before I switched to this injection.
This is an AMAZING product. Lillian is god herself. It’s the real deal!
Side note: The box it comes in is literally the cutest thing ever. Anime girls on my medicine makes me trust it even more 🙂

Since I’ve been on all her esters at this point (I think 5 vials total so far), I’ll just write for this one. Levels have always been fantastic and exactly what the calculator estimates according to my bloodwork. The carrier oil and concentration per ml makes Lilian’s estradiol so much easier to inject, even if the dosing is slightly harder to adjust precisely (obviously I’ll take that over pumping glue into my hip like the crap I get from my local compounding pharmacy).
My experience with Oto has been good enough that I’m less likely to trust other established sources. Even after my bottom surgery later this year I’ll very likely stick with a low dose of her Estradiol and just swap to SQ, since it’s exactly as advertised and the price compared to major manufacturers/compounding pharmacies is unbeatable <3

Dang, been on it almost a year now! Only been taking about half the recommended dose, pairing it with the blockers I get from my actual endo. She wouldn’t give me a script for shots, because it’s super expensive when you’re self-pay and because there are frequent shortages in my area. Glad for that, cuz this is wayyy cheaper than paying out of pocket for the “legit” stuff!
